We have a special focus on High Potential Women and entrepreneurs, for whom we have developed the FUSIONCoaching™ Process. Our unique 6 stage process, based on research into women and leadership, opens up new avenues for individual self-awareness and success. It draws out the blind spots that prevent women from maximizing their potential. Using a Risk/Reward barometer to guide the selection of new/better actions, it helps women manage toward better alignment with their own goals and with their organizations. FUSIONCoaching™ is also applicable for teams or can serve as the basis of the Leadership Development program, with supplemental, individual coaching.
The executive coaching work often starts with assessments, including self-assessments and 360-degree or peer feedback. This helps target opportunities for improvement. We then create a plan and hold individuals accountable for making progress against the goals jointly created. Working together for 3,6, or 9+ month periods, we explore, learn, try out and reflect on the impact of the behavior change. Coaching is usually conducted in one hour sessions, either by phone or in person.
