1. Integrated Talent Management
Pi Solutions’ globally recognized thought leadership has established a widely utilized framework for the integration of talent management. Since talent and leadership are issues very much on the minds of Boards of Directors and CEOs, we view this as organizational risk management. We plan for it just that way: from holistic and results-focused perspectives.
We work with organizations to assess or develop individual talent-focused initiatives, or to create a robust, integrated talent management approach. The work allows organizations to find- develop – retain talent. It also maintains a constant focus on
R3: the right people in the right job at the right time to achieve high performance.
We help organizations define 'talent' for their organization, and then develop specific processes, with measurable impact and ROI, for those individuals and for the managers to whom they report. We help organizations create succession plans, manage talent-related risks and build accountability throughout the organization. 2. Leadership Development
Our Leadership offerings focus on developing the essentials of successful business stewardship: creating and communicating a clear organizational vision, with performance goals for all that are measuring and managed for success. In situations where a leaner workforce must achieve even greater business results, this poses a special challenge. Strategic work may be needed… coaching work may be required. We are able to offer both and to measure our own success with our clients.
Whether you need to understand what competencies are required for success or to focus on specific groups whose behavior needs improvement, we can create performance guidelines and help you achieve performance improvements.
We also work with individuals to develop their understanding of the behaviors required of leaders. This work often starts with a self-assessment and/or 360 feedback. It is then followed by individual coaching or team interventions. Topics of particular focus include the art of conversation, giving/getting feedback, motivating others, mentoring, enabling change, shaping and sharing a vision, creating a talent mindset, and being a role model.
